Known for always maintaining a positive enthusiastic attitude and calm demeanor regardless of the pressure. I'm a laser focused, Program Manager with a history of building strong effective teams, and engineering durable applications and solutions that provide maximum value and impact.
"There’s no way our team would have been able to complete the quantity and quality of work we did without his oversight, guidance, conscientiousness, diligence, phenomenally positive attitude, and his willingness to run directly into the fire to figure it out and find a way through it."
"Has an impressive blend of technical and business skills"
"Consistently raised the bar"

You can expect that from JG. Consistently. I'll give 110% to every project or program that I manage. I'll find hidden strengths in people, and coach them to bring out the best.
I'll discover risks earlier because I did more due diligence, or encouraged others to dig deeper. I'll burn the midnight oil and work absurd hours to get the job done on time and keep my shiny reputation.
When I'm off work, I'll be thinking about how to streamline fragmented process, improve our product or service, unify the team, improve moral, or anything else I can think of to elevate the company and myself.
SharePoint is like a car I've owned for 10 years. Using SPO, I can administer instant, secured access for real time cross-globe collaboration and provide business intelligence and mission-critical documents to your team.
I can simplify business functions, automate once-tedious tasks, enforce regulatory compliance and provide data backup and security.
I'm OG Webmaster. Skilled in website management, feature development, service deployments, production management, migrations, localization, security, re-designs, feature releases/upgrades, taxonomy, website marketing, and ad campaign management.
I can rebuild the plane while in flight, or provide troubleshooting to specify a root cause.
Point me to the data and I can find the actionable intel that you need. I can build stunning dashboards that showcase and visualize critical data at-a-glance.
Don't have the data? Tell me what data you need, and I can build the system to collect, organize, and surface your key performance metrics.
Another bread and butter application in JG's toolbox. Using ADO, I can streamline web and software development lifecycle, and reduce the implementation time of new features and/or services.
I can efficiently track code, versions, builds, or bugs, and provide end to end visibility for development and software deployment.
Using SPO and InfoPath I can design elegant, easy to use custom condition forms with criteria based display that simplify user experience, and capture only the important information for end to end tracking.
I can create forms with dynamic views for specific audiences, or dynamic multi-phase process forms. There is no limit.
I can create AI-Infused workflows that run on a schedule or trigger. I can programmatically move data from one application to another. Automatically send alerts via SMS or email, or send thank you/follow-up emails, auto verify permissions, back-up a file, move a file location, record file location
Save a tweet to a spreadsheet. Push button on phone send location to database.
if phone enters pre-determined geo fence, trigger workflow.
